TWS is based in Silver Spring, Maryland. DeWayne is a 15+ year financial services veteran with extensive industry knowledge. He has represented individuals, professionals and business owners with their banking, budgeting and financial planning needs. Through his straightforward, flexible, and disciplined approach, DeWayne has established a track record of significantly improving the financial lives of his clients and becoming a trusted long-term advisor.

DeWayne has a long record of successfully guiding individuals and businesses with diverse portfolios, managing over $50 million in accounts over his career. By strategically applying his expertise and market knowledge, he has consistently exceeded the investment goals of his individual and business clients.

In addition to being a modern financial advisor, DeWayne is a passionate educator in Financial Literacy. He regularly hosts financial workshops and symposiums in the Metropolitan Washington DC area and is proud to be a recurring guest lecturer on Financial Literacy and Empowerment for Prince George’s County and Washington DC public schools.

In his mission to educate individuals across all ages, DeWayne has also partnered with AARP to present Financial Freedom Seminars, teaching Basic Investing, Credit, Budgeting, and Banking. He is also a panelist for the National Moneywise Empowerment Tour, hosted by Kelvin Boston.
